Take some gorgeous, lightweight, richly-patterned printed cotton. Trim it with loads of frothy lace. Add a pretty insert at the front for glamorous glimpses of vivid colour as you walk, then add some cool lace-up detailing at the waistline. This is such a fabulous skirt, it feels marvellous swishing around your legs, and it looks equally good with big boots or pretty sandals.
